Implementation Overview
This chatbot could be useful for Scrub Daddy sales by providing customers with information. This chatbot is capable of providing information such as return policy, care advice for products, and descriptions of certain products.
Reflection
The website I used, Chatfuel, made it very easy to develop a chatbot for what I needed. The software walked me through the steps of providing information and very swiftly provided a well-functioning demo of the chatbot I wanted to design.
